Introduced in 1889, made of fine black woolen cloth, on the left breast a loop of medal cord with a medal attached, 2 rows of 7 yellow (gilded) civil service buttons each, backward curved pocket flaps with 3 buttons each, on the shoulders a golden cord braid with two rosettes each as a badge of rank, light green passepoils on the sleeves (these identify the wearer as a civil servant of the k.k. Ministry of Finance), lined with black, finely stitched silk. The waistcoat has 7 small golden civil servant buttons and a JOTA pocket watch with watch chain is inserted into the waistcoat pocket. Beautiful ensemble in very good condition II.
